Deposit & Cancellation: Five-night deposit is
required to confirm reservation. Deposit must be received within 10 days
after reservation has been made. Full payment is due 30 days prior to
arrival. All deposits are forfeited if cancelled less then 45 days prior to
arrival date, unless unit can be re-rented. All reservations are subject to a
$50 cancellation fee. |
weeks: Discounts available on
bookings of 21 days or longer. A five-night deposit is required within 10
days of the booking; 50% is due at least 60 days prior to arrival date. The balance
is due in full 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations cancelled less then 60
days prior to arrival will forfeit all deposits unless unit can re-rented.
All reservations are subject to a $100 cancellation fee. |

Christmas and Dates are subject to a $10
per day surcharge during Christmas and New Years. Payment in full is due by
August 1st. Any reservations cancelled after November 1st will be forfeited
unless unit can be re-rented. |
